All police told to promote Sri Lanka’s Miss World contestant

The acting Inspector General of Police has instructed all police, through a letter to the OICs, that they should support Anudi Gunasekara, who represents Sri Lanka at the Miss World competition presently underway in India.

She is the daughter of Hemantha Gunasekara, SSP and director of the traffic police division.

The acting IGP’s letter gives specific instructions on how to raise her popularity.
