Public admin. minister in the wrong, public security minister is correct – Sunil Watagala

Deputy minister Sunil Watagala has told parliament that the recommendation of the respective head of the community police committee is required to obtain a police clearance certificate.

He said public administration minister Chandana Abeyratne made a mistake when he responded to a related claim, and what the subject minister said was correct.
