The JVP has stationed two of its activists as secretaries to spy on two provincial governors, claimed London-based journalist Uvindu Kurukulasuriya.

He said in a social media post the two governors have told him that they were unable to take decisions as a result.

Kurukulasuriya said he raised the matter with JVP secretary Tilvyn Silva, but refused to divulge the source for the information he has received.
