CBSL lists companies engaged in pyramid schemes

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has conducted investigations and determined 21 companies that have engaged in a scheme prohibited under Section 83 (C) of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988 as amended.

The list of companies are found below.

CBSL said that the disclosure of the name of a company which has been determined by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under Section 83(C) of the Banking Act is withheld due to a court order issued pertaining to such company.
