Lanka Hospitals chairman too, resigns

Dr. Nilupul Perera has resigned from his position as chairman and director board member of Lanka Hospitals Corporation Plc. with effect from 05 June.

His resignation comes exactly six months into his appointment on 05 December 2024.

The past few months have seen mass resignations of appointees to top positions in state entities.

The previous most recent one was Nuwan Dharmaratne’s stepping down as chief operations officer of Pelwatte Sugar company.
