Namal says ‘no’ to waiting game & is ready to come forward for people

Several likeminded opposition parties are creating a force against government attempts to take the country to an anti-democratic dictatorship aiming to cover up public issues, said SLPP MP Namal Rajapaksa.

He said certain opposition figures are denied the opportunity to have their own standpoints due to various reasons.

Instead of biding time, we should come forward and appear on behalf of the people, he said, adding the SLPP was building a populist political force in that regard.
