Deputy Minister Nalin Hewage stated that there are only seven seven-star hotels in the world and the eighth hotel is currently being constructed in Sri Lanka.

He said that this luxury hotel is being constructed in a village in the Teldeniya area.

He pointed out that, despite the presence of highly developed countries around the world, there are still only seven seven-star hotels globally.

He expressed these views while addressing a public meeting organized by the National People’s Power in support of this year’s local government elections.
