Two MPs of the ruling National People’s Power (NPP) expressed contradicting opinions as to whether the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project is in precise document form when they took part in Sirasa TV’s ‘Satana’ political talk show recently.

During the programme, Kalutara district MP Chandima Hettiarachchi claimed the particular programme has been intimated to all parliamentarians, including those at the local government level by district secretaries.

However, NPP’s national list MP Lakmali Hemachandra disagreed, saying that the ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ project is yet to be launched in written form.
