113 SOEs ready for restructuring

Recalling the recent statement made by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake that measures will be taken to restructure certain state-owned institutions, Secretary to the Ministry of Industries and Enterprise Development, Thilaka Jayasundara, said the committee appointed for this purpose has identified 113 SOEs for restructuring.

Jayasundera said that the relevant report will be forwarded to the President and the subject Minister within two weeks.
