Deputy Minister of Industries Chathuranga Abeysinghe said that the current National People’s Power-led government has completed development and policy work that will benefit the nation for the next ten generations.

Speaking at a public meeting recently, Abeysinghe emphasized the scale and depth of the administration’s accomplishments.

“This government cannot be reversed, not even at the cost of our lives. We have done the maximum any government could possibly achieve,” he said.

According to the Deputy Minister, the government has laid down a long-term foundation in key sectors such as infrastructure, industry, energy, and education, which he claims will secure Sri Lanka’s future well beyond the current political cycle.

He also dismissed criticism from opposition parties. “There is nothing left to accuse us of. Our work speaks for itself,” he said.
