People are queuing up near the Department of Immigration and Emigration in Battaramulla to get their passports.

They complain that they are unable to get proper services even after booking an appointment online and paying Rs. 20,000.

Most of the people who are waiting in the queues are those who came to get their passports under the one-day service.
