The National People’s Power (NPP) aims to form a broad people’s front by uniting individuals of integrity from across major political parties, MP Devananda Suraweera said.
“Is it an impossible thing that the UNP, SLFP or SLPP have good people? There are good people in all those parties. The place where all those good people can flock together is the NPP,” he said.
He added that efforts are underway to bring them together in a systematic manner under the NPP banner.
